This is cosmetic grade mineral oil (Paraffinum Liquidum, No. 9) — an occlusive moisturiser that seals moisture into the skin. It is a common raw material for baby oil, skin care, and hair formulations, and is also used for wood conditioning and horticultural sprays. Repackaged by J.C Epiphany Limited and sold by the case for makers who use it in volume.
