We try to describe and picture our products as accurately as possible. Because many items are handcrafted, slight variations in colour, size, and finish are normal and are part of their character, not a defect. Screens also display colours differently, so actual shades may vary.
We ship to Jamaica, the wider Caribbean, the USA, and Canada. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, and can be affected by the carrier, customs, and conditions outside our control. Any shipping fees, duties, or taxes are your responsibility unless we state otherwise.
Because our items are handcrafted and many are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, and no restocking fee applies. If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or is not what you ordered, contact us at info@jcepiphany.com within 7 days of delivery, with photos where possible, and we will put it right with a replacement or refund.
Our software (under the PIPPS Smart Apps brand, including ElesRx) is governed by its own separate terms presented within each application. Any clinical or decision-support tools are provided to support, not replace, the judgement of a qualified professional.
