About this bookend

Our heavy concrete bookend is a solid cube, hand-cast in Stony Hill, Jamaica. At about 3 kg it has the mass to hold up a full shelf — even large hardcovers and paperbacks stay put without leaning or sliding. The base is cork-backed with felt feet so it grips the shelf and protects the surface underneath.

Each bookend is sold individually, so you can buy a single accent or a matching pair. Every piece is made to order and finished by hand in one of 16 custom colors, so slight variations in tone and texture are part of the character. Choose your color in the details window before adding to cart.
